Their staffs are straight to the point while explaining the cause and issues. They will not unreasonably charge you and will seek for your approval first. Contacted the other shops nearby too, the pricing are normal, just a few bucks different. They fix everything nicely and free fogging interior and balancing. 5 stars from me.
