The One Control

I live at Bandar Puteri Puchong, my name is Terence. I installed house alarm in 2006 & it has always been giving me a lot of annoyances. I found it sensitive hence I didn’t use it for many many years. Recently my house alarm got the peeping sounds, on & off & I found it very noisy & annoying, especially after raining & in the mid night. On 25.9.20, out of sudden my house alarm rang, I was trying to key in the access code but to no avail. To solve the problem, I Google alarm specialist & found Mr Fong from The One Control. Firstly he asked me to WhatsApp him a photo of the alarm box. He guided me via WhatsApp on what I should do. He taught me how & where to unplug the wires. Since there r so many wires in the alarm box, my first attempt failed, the alarm continue to ring & I was so panic. Without any choice I called Mr Fong again, he was so patient & he guided me through all over again via WhatsApp. He sent me his YouTube, explaining to me on how to solve the problems in details. Finally I managed to resolve the problem. After that Mr Fong sent me voice message & asked me to wrap the removed wires to pretend any electric shock. I am so grateful for his great assistance. He is such a nice, patient & helpful guy. I strongly recommend The One Control & if u want to get Alarm Specialist, The One Control will be ur right choice.
