Dr Ong was recommended to me by a friend after having consulted 2 other dentists who did not give me the confidence for my wisdom tooth surgery. This procedure is one of my biggest fears and Dr Ong made it fast, smooth and completely painless for me. Even the anaesthetic jab (which I am traumatised from till today from another dentist who did tooth extraction for me when I was younger) was completely painless. She was calm and patient in alleviating my fears when she saw how terrified I was during consultation and made sure I was ok throughout the entire process. She explained clearly what she was doing so I would not be laying there and not knowing what to expect. The entire procedure literally took 20 minutes. Zero pain even after the anaesthetic wore off. I only took one dose of painkillers right after the surgery and it has been almost 24 hours since – not the slightest bit of discomfort so far hence did not need to take any more painkillers. I only have one problematic wisdom tooth to extract but if I had more, there is really no one else I would go to other than Dr Ong. I could not praise her enough for making my experience such a pleasant one and I will be recommending her to all of my friends and family from now on. I am so grateful to you, thank you Dr Ong!
